So, apparently, now I’m supposed to drop everything and save the kingdom? While we had managed to make it to Dormiveglia mostly unscathed, it was only to immediately find we still had so far to go. The Duke–the guy that was supposed to be able to answer all of my questions–has answered exactly zero questions and instead given me a series of tasks he insists will cast the odds in my favor. He is determined that it’s all up to me.
I have my doubts, but I am intrigued. And perhaps more than that, despite myself, I’ve grown a little attached to the Rangers…
Anyway. The point is, I’m going to do these tasks that the Duke is demanding, try to get to the bottom of this mess. And maybe, maybe at the end of it, I will kill this king after all, and avenge my dear friend. We can hope, right?

We’d almost made it, our dream of leaving Destinesia for good. Just me and my companions, a fabled Sköll Wolf, Karhu, and a crow too haughty for her own good, Aura. A trio of vagabonds off to seek adventure anywhere but here.
Until that unfortunate moment when I was accused of murdering the Sheriff of Solivigant. It was your classic tale of wrong place, wrong time, and yet it still managed to completely upend everything I’d ever wanted in this unfortunate life. Now I find myself on an adventure with a wild pack of merry a-holes trying to outrun one murderous king. The one with the lavender eyes in particular… I didn’t see him coming.
Look, I don’t have any idea what is happening, so how could I possibly explain? All I know is, we have to get to somewhere, to find out something, in order to clear my name so that I can finally escape this continent and seek my fortune in the horizons of tomorrow.
If only I’d known then what a tangled web I would manage to get into before I was even born. That’s the thing about prophecies though, isn’t it?
